i rather liked the first show....at least there were no packets of raspberry jelly....
i was disappointed that there were no "hard copy" of the other recipes that he made....the potato skins and cheats tart caught my eye

I'm sure you could make the skins without a recipe - a rasher of pancetta, grilled until crisp, per skin; Cos lettuce with a mustard and blue cheese mayonnaise dressing (he added crème fraiche too!).

thank you for the link.....when i first checked the beeb website the only one listed was the one for the brisket...i figured, incorrectly, that it was going to be a one recipe episode....
i think i am a bit anal when it comes to recipes...i feel more confident if i have some type of written direction versus just seeing a video, tho i think the video helps alot too...just search for the book....
