... and what a great thread that turned out to be, Elisa, so many thanks for the revival!
As you probably remember, you very kindly sent me some brik wrappers and I loved using them with that very delicious filling. I did freeze several of them down and was so pleased when I found a forgotten one many months later!
Since the previous thread, I now have a lovely new Waitrose store, so should be able to get the wrappers.
I shall watch this new thread with interest!

I had difficulty finding this thread again and am wondering if it should be transferred to the Food Chat section?
I really would like to contribute to the thread, but my inventiveness is at rock bottom at the moment! There are some interesting ideas on this website, however.

Hi, in reaction to Renée's comment, I've just changed the way I'm dealing with old Beeb posts that have been requested to be reopened here - I am now creating a "shadow thread" here in the main Food Chat forum, although you'll still see this thread in the Food Q&A forum.

Hi Renée! thank you for the blog with the malsouka recipe. It looks fab and I shall be making it soon, right up my street so to speak!
Hi Sakkarin: thank you, I had not noticed the thread before!
