Vegan brioche and haggis en croute
Inspired by a Tartine recipe for olive oil brioche, I made my first brioche using sunflower oil (the oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes) for a haggis en croute - for Christmas dinner. And very tasty it was, too!

Now that you've discovered that making your own bread is easier than you thought, what else is there that isn't so difficult when you actually have a go? Like making your own pasta without a machine, for instance!
