Re: my kitchen rules
Hi. I've seen trailers for this but I don't have Sky so you'll have to let us know what you think. It looks a bit "in your face" "shouty", but trailers can be misleading.

Re: my kitchen rules
morning jeral.
hope you are well....
i followed one season of MKR aus and it was ok, some of the recipes looked really tasty but the two judges/hosts turned me off to it.....to me alot was based on presentation (as in being chefy, nothing wrong with that mind you) but it was trying to do restaurant cooking at home....if i am at home, family style is the way to go.....so there are 3 carrots on one plate and 4 on the other.....big whoop......does that really make a difference in how the food on the plate tastes....i think not..
rant over.....i feel better now

Re: my kitchen rules
epi one was good.....i dont know how the judges managed to keep their best poker faces...i dont think i could have......the judges offered their thoughts on what they had....not in your face...they were very honest which i think did not go down well....the other teams thought that they were SOOOO much better....oh come on...how much of this is manufactured drama now.....tho i will admit the ladies irish breakfast looked DELISH...
so far i am liking it more than MKR aus

Re: my kitchen rules
the drama continues,.....i like what the people are trying to do even tho i am not a fan of "restaurant" food or something that is michelin starred.....
the comments around the dinner table are hysterical....especially phillip and his wife...man, talk about cutting each other down....i cant wait to see what and how they do....seems like they put themselves over better than everyone else....
so far so good...

I love this show and have followed each series. I've got the latest to watch. Not too sure about our UK version that started recently. Not that keen on the female presenter. We'll see.

Re: my kitchen rules
am still enjoying the series....i love alvin leung....he is unintetionally funny...he can be so brutal.....wont giveaway too much but in the last epi the cooks were using meat including bison, lamb, turkey, kangaroo and musk ox....made for a good time for the viewers...
this version seems more "relaxed" than the AUS or NZ versions...
for me so far so good
