I had the same side effect with Ramipril, which is a shame as it did lower my bp. Amlopidine is another that I tried but couldn't get along with. At the moment, I'm on 28mg Candesartan, 2.5mg Bisoprolol and 4mg Doxazosin.
One of the meds. that I used to take for my diabetes is derived from Gila Monster saliva!
