I watched the first one
Not a lot of Mr Kerridge and to be honest an hour of it felt rather long and slow. He only presents, there are two judges who are quite good and it seems fair, just slow. They are very small embryo businesses, just a couple of cases of chutney made in a home kitchen

Nobody mention hygiene certificates, oddly

I really enjoy the show, but I agree the whole show could be compressed down into a 30 minute show in its current format, or they should focus more on the production side and have Tom at their homes getting stuck in. It would make it slightly more personal.

I noticed that, I felt that the wearing of hairnets had been introduced by the production team
