Definitely a hit amongst the young set for a Birthday Celebration !

I will stick to the classic but with Iberian acorn fed Ham from Dehuesa, Badajoz, Extremadura, Spain ..

I was highly amused by the comment at the top of the recipe, Mark:

"SERVES 2 - A LITTLE EFFORT"

A WHAT????

Strikes me that, for something as basic and straightforward as a pizza, Olive Magazine is making a supreme effort to unduly complicate things!

Not to say I wouldn´t eat it. The concept, if it works just right, is extraordinary. The execution, hard work.

Reminds me of my university professor who used to mock us for being long -winded:

" Please call a spade a spade, not a one-handled pole-like instrument for removing earth and detritus"
