Re: Books
Me miss, me miss! I've got it.
No signed stickers at all, the inside first 2 pages are blanc.
There's a bit of wordiness intro up to page 12,
which ends with a printed signature. I know you don't mean that.

Re: Books
Thanks for the feedback, this is the inside front cover. I'm still not convinced it's a real signature - the pen used seems far too thin to have drawn such a perfect draughtsmanlike oval, he would surely have broken it within a couple of signatures. I used to use 0.1mm Rotring pens in my graphics work, they are as fine as needles, but you had to treat them with real respect, as new nibs were extremely expensive.
Maybe he carefully signed a load of stickers separately elsewhere and the stickers were plonked in later as "signed copies". For Beeb staff who worked on the project maybe?
EDIT: Nicked from the BBC Library maybe?
No doubt about the Pierre Gagnaire signature in his "Reinventing French Cuisine" book though. I realise I've never even really looked at it, I'll have to have another gander. It looks like a 40th Anniversary celebration, it has recipes year by year from 1966 to 2006.
