La creme de la cream
This was part of an article in the Jan 2018 bbc good food middle east. Sure wish we could find cool stuff like this in the states
Re: La creme de la cream
I can get Président Creme Fraiche, Mark and Isygny Ste. Mer Creme Fraiche, but not the ordinary cream. Mind you, I can get the lovely golden Jersey butter. I'm wondering if it is fresh or sterilised.

Re: La creme de la cream
Over here I have seen president butter and kerrygold butter as well as butter made from goats cream. People seem to go crazy over Kerry gold.

I recall nigella had a recipe with goats DBL cream in it.

@ Mark,
@ Renée,
Good evening. I really do not use cream as I rarely bake at home. During the holidays, we bake some desserts at my parents however, they are usually not with cream ..
However, I do buy Crème Fraîche from Isygny - Normandy as well ..
Have a lovely evening ..
