Vegan brioche and haggis en croute

Postby Breadandwine » Thu Dec 27, 2012 1:46 am

Inspired by a Tartine recipe for olive oil brioche, I made my first brioche using sunflower oil (the oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes) for a haggis en croute - for Christmas dinner. And very tasty it was, too!

Here's the recipe with pics:

And the haggis recipe:

Cheers, Paul
Now that you've discovered that making your own bread is easier than you thought, what else is there that isn't so difficult when you actually have a go? Like making your own pasta without a machine, for instance!
