It is well known here that she has taken cocaine as she freely admitted it during the court case. It remains to be seen whether an application to have any restriction lifted (per article) will be made/succeed.

Assuming she succeeds - or doesn't, there's no such thing as bad publicity so the makers of The Taste USA probably aren't too worried

The US are very strict about letting people in with convictions, but I think they are on shaky ground here as Nigella has no police/court record (despite the publicity)

An acquaintance has a conviction for drink driving, she has her license back & now drives again in the UK, but on the bassos of that one incident the US refuse t give her a visa to change planes at Miami airport; she's not going to get into a vehicle, let alone drive one! Seems a bit excessive to me.
